- Is the way in which I learn by myself deciding what, how, when an in what way I want to learn, so if I want to achieve my goals I must assume full responsability.
2. Main characteristics about autonomous learning.
-Personal responsability -Know your own learning styles -Motivation
3.How old you have to be in order to become an effective autonomous learning.
- I think that the age is not relevant if the person is clear that this type of learning requires a personal effort, but certainly must be motivted and believe in their own abilities.
4.Would a wrong guidance be a good motivation to start being autonomous.
-It can happen that sometimes it`s difficult for us to adapt to following the instructions in the classroom and realize that acquiring knowledge on our own is the best way to know about a subject that interests us, so that autonomous learning is that the person should has a great interest in the subject.
5. Under what circunstances would autonomous learning be appropriate.
-Autonomous learning can be appropriate to promote the student`s ability to acquire different approaches and learning methods.
1. Autonomy in learning is the faculty that allows students to make decisions that lead them to regulate their own learning process according to a determined goal and a specific context or conditions of learning. It also means more than students working alone, rather it means a structured learning where students are able to develop and improve their autonomy with the guidance and support of a teacher.
2. Autonomous learning has: - A safe learning structure - Appropriate guidance and instruction - Variety of information sources - Accurate evaluation
3. I will upload this answer when I understand the question.
4. In order to become an effective autonomous learner, I think the learner should start their autonomous learning process early in their life and when have already identified their own abilities, skills and competences with the help of a suitable teacher, who would have more resources to instruct them more adequately.
Also, as it is popularly said: "practice makes you perfect". That is why autonomous learning is a lifelong learning.
5. As I said in the Socratic seminar last week, the bad guidance I had in high school led me to learn, in terms of English, what I wanted to learn about this language. That is why I think a wrong guidance in school makes people start to look for what they think their missing in their education and formative process. We cannot ignore the cases in which the students come motivated and the teacher is in charge of hindering any desire to learn because the content is not in agreement with the different styles of learning.
6. I would say that when: -The teacher identifies learning styles because it will be easier to select learning strategies that enhance students’ learning. The students are prepared for what and how they will learn; which allows them to remember the previous knowledge and experience related to the topics and contents that will be addressed. -The student's attention is guided, to allow him to detect the main information, which will favor a better understanding of the learning contents. -When there are strategies of self-evaluation because the student compares information that is obtaining and evaluates the effectiveness of the planning carried out in a session and, finally, evaluates the level of achievement of the learning goal.
1. Autonomous learning is the way to learn individually through self-motivation, self-evaluation and research to get a learning goal.
2. Autonomous learning is characterized by:
-Developing autonomy -Be flexible in schedules -Promote self-evaluation
3. Main characteristics of autonomous learning student are:
-Motivation to learn -Initiative to seek knowledge -Schedule a study time -Is critical and responsible -Develop strategies for learning -Demonstrates intrinsic motivation to learn to overcome their difficulties. -Commit to achieving learning goals.
4. For achieving effective autonomous learning it is only necessary learn how to learn, we must take into account that we all learn in different ways, therefore, the time to obtain a meaningful autonomous learning varies with each person. For this reason, students should incorporate learning strategies which allow them getting their learning objectives in the shortest time possible.
5 . It is relative each person has different perspective of the world, therefore, the way people conceive the relevance of learning if different too. The student is who decides to take an active and autonomous role in their learning, a wrong guidance could work as an engagement to some students to autonomous, but it is not going to work in the same way with other students they will maybe think that wrong guidance is a good one and will follow the line the teacher gives them.
6. Autonomous learning could be applied when:
-A student wishes to have information about a subject that the teacher has not explained. -A student does not understand a topic seen in class. -A person want to learn a language
1. My point of view about what autonomous learnin is, is that when someone has the enough motivation to do something, I mean, to learn something, he or she just do it, with a huge sense of responsability. 2. There are some important characteristics about autonomous learning: - Responsability. - Motivation. - Autonomy. - Curiosity. 3. Yes, actually autonomous learning is about the student doing things by himself. Teachers maybe can be the guide to where students want to arrive, or maybe trough their example, the can teach their students to feel curiosity or motivation. 4. You have to be as old as you can talk. 5. Maybe a wrong guidance can represent a challenge for the student, so it can motivate him or her to do the things better. 6. I think that at any learning circunstance, because it can help you to improve yourself, to overcome someone better in the aspects that you want.

1 Autonomous learning as its word says it depends solely and exclusively on oneself. Knowledge is acquired in such a way that one is the one who controls the time and the learning mode as well as its methodology, but above all the responsibility with which each person is acquiring the time for each one of his assignments or be the responsibility of Acquire knowledge for a job or for their own well-being such as research or just doing readings which bring knowledge and reinforce not only their knowledge already acquired but also enrich their daily lives.
2.It is characterized by: -Develop capabilities: Search and manage information, solve problems and work as a team. - It is flexible: it allows each one to manage his time and the execution of the tasks without being subject to a certain schedule -Self motivator: The motivation for each one, not the teacher. -Self-independent: Does not need supervision by the teacher, is responsible for his duty and only asks for basic advice on the subject. -Responsible: Demonstrates commitment and compliance with their duties as an apprentice. -Centered in the study: The teacher is a facilitator of its learning.
3. An autonomous student is one who is able to actively advance in his learning process by making his own decisions. A student who knows how to look for resources and activate the strategies necessary to carry out the different tasks after having defined their needs and objectives with the teacher. He is a learner who evaluates what he has learned and who knows how to extrapolate to other situations.
4. I think that since we are children it is effective to be autonomous, since we must not forget, that education begins before birth. To educate in autonomy, is to train the child so that he can advance in his day to day overcoming obstacles, reaching the independence and maturity. What, though, is an arduous task, because other factors are at stake, such as the character of children or what we are doing to develop good self-esteem. It becomes one of the most noble and rewarding tasks of life.
5. I think that a wrong orientation would not be a good motivation to start being autonomous since it requires support from the teacher, it is necessary that the teacher can create in the classroom an atmosphere that invites everyone to investigate, to learn, to Build their learning, and not just follow what he does or says. The role of the teacher is not only to provide information and control the discipline, but to be a mediator between the student and the environment. Leaving being the protagonist of learning to become the guide or companion of the student.
6.The conditions that are required for autonomous learning to be, that is to say that the learner works on his own and self-regulating his learning process: -Personal purpose, this is the attitude that is assumed during the process. -Interaction Social The contracting and socialization of the knowledge allows recontextualisation and the reconstruction of the same. - Learning by doing, the student must create his own learning strategies, decide his way and select what he wants to learn, doing and correcting are the fundamental basis of learning. -Specific situation, these are a series of variables that influence the process as a child: environment, state of mind, the conjugation of different elements, etc. -First knowledge, the count of what is known, the sender indicates what is unknown, so it is very important to activate the previous knowledge that is possessed.

-You will be a person more curiosity and researcher -You can learn to solve problems by yourself -You have not to keep up a pace with a group, so you can spend more time in what is more difficult to you. -If you don’t have a correct accompaniment, you can make mistakes, and you never will correct them. -No all people have the tools to learn in autonomous learning. -If you don’t have curiosity or interesting in the topic, is so probable that the people you learn few about it.
3. Main characteristics about AL students.
The AL students are responsible, show commitment and fulfillment with his learning, are centered in his objectives, they work more in what is more difficult to them.
4. How old do you have to be in order to become an effective AL
In my point of view, that no depends of the age, depends of the interesting to learn about the topic by the own student.
5. Would a wrong guidance be a good motivation to start being AL.
Of course, if the student is not satisfied with the way of theach of the teacher, he can research by himself and take advantage of that.
6. Under what circumstances would AL be appropriate. - Inteligencia y otras capacidades, y conocimientos previos: poder aprender. - Experiencia: saber aprender. - Motivación: querer aprender.

2. Who learns autonomously has the following characteristics: responsible, committed, serious, flexible, study-focused, independent, creative.
3. I did not understand this question.
4. The autonomous learning is developed when a subject becomes aware of his own responsibilities, and is also able to comply with them without the supervision of a guardian. I would not know to say what age is effective for student to become in autonomous learner.
5. I would say yes, because this would be an opportunity for student can increase his knowledge through research. Thus the student begins to create his own learning.
6. The circumstances that can influence the student becomes in autonomous learner are:
-Personal motivation. - Curiosity to know more about the topic. -Sharing his/ her knowledge with the others. - Taste for what he/she is researching.
1. I define autonomous learning as the capacity to use different methodologies and strategies to know what could be wrong in the learning process and how to face it, specially in free time.
2.an autonomous learner must be responsible for their own manage of time to work on what they need or want Besides, it is always a main characteristic to be motivated and also to be aware of the difficulties they have when autonomous learning is required.
3. I think it is. However, students need the accompaniment of a teacher in order to learn how to develop the characteristis that an autonomous learner has, otherwise students could understand a wrong interpretacion of being autonomous.
4. At the time people figure out what they like. I consider that it is not necessary to be an specific age to be an effective autonomous learner, it is just to know in what we are interested in and feel motivated about it.
5. It always depends on the person, because many people just do not care about their learning process but some other do care and take it as an example to get better to start making their own researches.
6. When the received information is not enough, so it is necessary yo do deeper and investigate more about it. Also, when there is the need to identify the best way to learn by oneself.
1. I consider Autonomous Learning as a study behavior developed by the responsibility and the own awareness about what it means to find, construct and make available the knowledge which I want to study and put it in my favor to achieve my goals; autonomous learning will be a tool for the achievement of a student how take care about what he or she is constructing as knowledge for him and the people in the context in which is working. 2. Steps or main characteristics of Autonomous Learning are: awareness, involvement, intervention, creation and transcendence. 3. The rol of teacher is to follow the whole prosses (at least as he can) of learning in the students control of management, cognitive and learning content making sure if the student understanding has been correctly and off course to intervene with tools to help the student to improve his/her learning. 4. Autonomous Learning is appropriated when you already have a goal to achieve, so you start to think about how can it be best way to get it, then you search for the resources to adapt the content to the context which demands, also when you need to make connections between a previous knowledge and a new one to create a stronger and structured understanding.
1-Learning autonomy means being responsible for one’s learning. An autonomous learner is one that settles goals and objectives in the learning process. This process does not necessarily take place inside the school system. In fact, independent learners can deal with the learning process almost by themselves with few or none help from the teacher.
2- Being academically independent is a clear sign of quality education and self-commitment to improve. Curiosity, being eager to learn, doing homework or researches with pleasure and not with a bad attitude are characteristics of an autonomous learner.
3- Autonomous learning takes place when the learner decides for his or her own education. I don’t think it is a matter of age but of dedication. 4- Learning can happen at any place, at any time and it does not always need someone to guide it. This feelings need to come naturally from children. For this to happen, I think that education needs to stop being considered as a mandatory thing to do and start thinking about it as the tool that will help us build a better tomorrow.
5- I don´t think that learning can be inappropriate. When a kid shows up at class with more than what he was asked to do, the learning the kid gets is invaluable because he or she learnt because of the desire to learn.
Places like libraries or the Internet, which are fountains of information, are usually visited by ‘’self-learners’’. As stated before, in autonomous learning, motivation and compromise are closely linked. Another consideration to make is the wrong perception that learning can only take place inside a school classroom.
1. An Autonomous Learner; by definition is "one who solves problems or develops new ideas through a combination of divergent and convergent thinking and functions with minimal external guidance in selected areas of endeavour." (Betts and Knapp, 1981)
3.The model is designed to move students toward the role of learners, controlling the learning process, with teachers adopting the role of facilitator. With a flexible approach the model can be used in the regular classroom (with all learners and across all phases of development), in small group settings, as an individual course, or in specific or cross curricula learning areas.
4. Learner autonomy is very useful in learning a new language. It is much more beneficial to learn a language by being exposed to it in comparison to learning patterns of different tenses Also, as it is popularly said: "practice makes you perfect". That is why autonomous learning is a lifelong learning.
5. Would a wrong guidance be a good motivation, because base on the mistake, could become in something good, for to improve my capacity, and also could will better my practice.

This process does not necessarily take place inside the school system. In fact, independent learners can deal with the learning process almost by themselves with few or none help from the teacher.
ResponderEliminar2- Being academically independent is a clear sign of quality education and self-commitment to improve.

It is much more beneficial to learn a language by being exposed to it in comparison to learning patterns of different tenses
Also, as it is popularly said: "practice makes you perfect". That is why autonomous learning is a lifelong learning.
5. Would a wrong guidance be a good motivation, because base on the mistake, could become in something good, for to improve my capacity, and also could will better my practice.
